DC Super-Stars 1976

1976 was the first year for the book DC Super-Stars so the letters weren't always flooding in. So when there weren't letters to published the DC staff would use the letters page to fill us in on the back ground of some of their characters. That seemed to be the case with this all Flash issue from 1976.
