This letterhead is from the comic book Team America. Team America was about a group of motorcycle racers and it, along with U.S.1 a book about a truck driver, were published in the early 1980's by Marvel comics. I remember reading somewhere that Jim Shooter who was the Editor-in-Chief said that they would sell well as kids were getting into truckers and motorcycles. Neither sold very well. Still he may have been on to something with Team America as dirt bike racing started to take off then. I believe he was 5 to 10 years late with U.S.1. In the early to mid 1970's country songs about truckers soared. C.W. McCall's song Convoy lead the pack in that area. Sales of CB radios hit an all time high. However, by the 80's this fad died out. Marvel and U.S.1 were late to the party and soon canceled.
